What this website is for

This is an information and enquiry website. It describes the work the garage does, where it is and when it is open, and it lets you send us a message about a vehicle. It is not a shop, there is nothing to buy on it, and it holds no account you have to create in order to use it.

You may read, print and share anything published here for your own use. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site or to access parts of it that are not published.

Sending an enquiry

An enquiry sent through this website is a request to be contacted. It is not a booking, it does not reserve a slot, and neither sending it nor receiving it commits either of us to anything. We will come back to you to talk about what your vehicle needs and to agree a time.

Please give us accurate details. If a description of a fault or a vehicle is wrong, the answer we give you will be wrong with it — through no fault of either of us.

What happens to the information you send is set out in our privacy notice.

Work on your vehicle

Work carried out on a vehicle is governed by the quotation and the invoice for that work, and by what we agree with you at the time — not by this page. Where anything on this website appears to conflict with a quotation or an invoice, the quotation or invoice is what applies.

Nothing on this website is a quotation. Times, and what a job is likely to involve, depend on the vehicle in front of us.

Your rights as a consumer are not affected by anything here. Nothing on this page takes away a right the law gives you.

The information published here

We take care to keep this website accurate and up to date. It is general information about a garage rather than advice about a particular vehicle, and it cannot take the place of somebody looking at yours.

Opening hours, the work we take on and how we handle a particular job can change. If something matters to your decision, telephone us and ask — the number is at the bottom of this page.

We do not promise that this website will always be available or free of faults. We may change or withdraw any part of it.

Our name and content

The text, photographs, logo and layout of this website belong to us or are used with permission. You may not reproduce them for a commercial purpose, or present them as your own, without our permission. Asking is usually enough.
